Podiatry Student Opportunities.

For students considering a career in podiatry, early exposure can make a meaningful difference. The Podiatry Associates provides opportunities such as work terms, practitioner shadowing and summer employment to help students better understand the profession.

These experiences allow students to observe clinical care, patient interaction, footwear guidance, custom arch support services and the day-to-day rhythm of a podiatry clinic.

Podiatry Graduate Pathway.

Andrew Goff has actively promoted podiatry as a career in Newfoundland and Labrador by mentoring students, providing hands-on employment opportunities, and supporting aspiring practitioners through clinical experience, educational sponsorships, and career development. His efforts have helped local students pursue professional training in podiatry, with the goal of returning to Newfoundland and Labrador to practise. Through these initiatives, he continues to build a pipeline of locally connected practitioners and strengthen the long-term future of podiatric care in the province.
